Tornike Abashidze

Tornike Abashidze currently serves as the Head of Commercial Counsel and Compliance Manager at SPRIBE since January 2022. Additionally, Tornike is an Invited Lecturer at BTU • Business and Technology University since September 2020. Previously, Tornike held the role of Head of Legal Department at Batumi Entertainment Group from May 2021 to April 2022 and served as a Senior Lawyer at Deloitte from March 2019 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Lawyer at Black Sea Group LLC and Project Manager at the Civil Development Agency. Tornike’s career began with roles as a Legal Advisor and Administrative Assistant at Build Industry Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tbilisi State University, along with ongoing studies for a Doctor of Law (JD) in Business Law at the same institution.
