He helped oversee strategic and portfolio planning producing an industry-leading portfolio and competitive position. As CRM clinical sales representative, Joe supported over 200 surgical implants, trained new sales representatives, and launched the Latitude monitoring system. Additionally, his team managed Xience V launch sales and operations planning delivering 98% same day order availability, market share gains, and a $30M increase in profits. As Vice President, Marketing at Omnicell, Joe oversaw market intelligence, commercial, product, digital and corporate marketing, and customer engagement. Launching dozens of products, his teams helped the company achieve record revenue and profits exceeding board expectations of 15% CAGR. Joe personally supported customer wins with WellStar Health System, Stanford Health, and Partners Healthcare. Omnicell’s Inspired by Care brand won the Marcom platinum award, and its products won 12+ years of KLAS awards, supporting revenue growth of $200M to $700M. Following Omnicell, Joe served as Chief Marketing Officer for venture-backed startup VitalConnect. Working with customers, his team advanced 2.0 patient remote monitoring product requirements to include EHR integration, video conferencing, and early warning score capabilities. Joe implemented Salesforce and established a SaaS model to support a 20% price increase. A passionate career builder and entrepreneur, Joe also founded Wonderbench, a boutique recruiting firm helping companies successfully recruit interns and college graduates. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
