DANIEL BURCH

Daniel Burch is a highly accomplished Senior Operations Leader with a proven track record in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Non-QM Operations at Spring EQ, Daniel leads operational strategy and streamlines workflows for DSCR products. Previously, Daniel held executive roles at various companies, including Vice President of Non-QM and Wholesale Credit Underwriting at Verus Mortgage Capital and National Operations Manager at Kind Lending, where they developed training programs and optimized loan processes. Daniel holds a background in Business Administration and Management from Gannon University.
