Jared Gordon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales development and training within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Development Trainer at Spring EQ LLC since August 2018, Jared has also held roles as a Sales Trainer and Sr. Loan Officer. Prior to this, Jared worked at Freedom Mortgage from February 2016 to July 2018 as a Producing Team Lead, where responsibilities included training new team members, assisting with system operations, and acting as a liaison for upper management in their absence. Jared earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden, completing the program in 2016.
