Joe Wengert

Joe Wengert has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, starting as an Underwriting Manager in 1989. Joe then progressed through various roles, including Vice President Operations at Fairbank Mortgage Corporation and VP Operations at Opteum Financial Services. Joe held leadership positions at ING DIRECT and Capital One before joining Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. as Director of Business Change Management. Currently, Joe Wengert is the Director of Operations - Process Improvement at Spring EQ. Throughout their career, they have managed large teams, led system integrations, and implemented process improvements to drive efficiency and quality in loan origination.
