Wallace Pickard

Wallace Pickard has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Wallace started their career at PHH Mortgage in 2008 as a Fulfillment Operations Manager, where they managed processing and underwriting teams. In 2012, they advanced to the position of Director of Operations overseeing client relations, process improvement, and team development. In 2019, they joined Spring EQ Wholesale as a Wholesale Operations Leader, responsible for wholesale mortgage lending operations. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations - Wholesale at Spring EQ LLC.
