Grant Kettering has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Grant is the founder of KGA since May 2014. Grant co-founded Ivita Group, where they served as the partner from October 2019 to December 2022 and is currently the co-founder and managing partner since January 2023. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the executive chairman of KC Group from September 2014 to December 2020, and currently acts as the co-founder and chairman as of January 2021. Grant was also a partner at Cambium USA from January 2013 to September 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a senior associate at Veritas Growth Companies in 2012 and as the head of strategy at Ceremony Coffee Roasters from September 2010 to January 2012.
Grant Kettering attended St. John's College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Liberal Arts. Prior to that, they participated in the Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2007. From 2005 to 2009, they studied at Northwestern University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy, attaining Magna Cum Laude honors. Grant's early education was completed at Kent Denver School from 2001 to 2005.
