Cydney Caesar

Cydney Caesar has extensive experience in educational and mental health support roles. Cydney worked as a Learning Support Teacher with a private family, providing individualized tutoring for a 4th grader with IEP goals. Cydney held positions as a Substitute Teacher and Tutor at Arlington Public Schools and Sylvan Learning, respectively, focusing on elementary through high school education across various subjects. A Counseling Intern at Falls Church Wellness Center, Cydney later became a Counselor at Dignity House and currently serves as a Mental Health Counselor at Spring Health, offering virtual mental health support and holistic care. Additionally, Cydney has experience as an Office Assistant at Premier Family Health and Wellness Center. Cydney holds an IB Diploma from Bermuda High School for Girls, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tampa, and a Master of Arts from New York University.
