Mark Greshammer

Mark Greshammer is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Engineering at Spring Health since May 2025. Previously, Mark held positions as VP of Engineering at Carefeed and MVMNT, where significant contributions included scaling engineering teams and launching key products like QuickPay. With expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Mark has successfully managed large teams across various global locations in previous roles at project44 and Rally Health, overseeing substantial growth and development within engineering organizations. Mark's early career included pivotal roles at Aurora Investment Management, Playboy, and Enterprise Information Solutions, where foundational skills in software architecture and development were established. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
