Lucas Oldfield

Lucas Oldfield is the Head of Partnerships at Transify and a CRM and Revenue Operations expert, specializing in CRM migration, adoption, and reporting. Currently, they are also the Founder of Barnyard Builders, a land development company focused on rural housing solutions, and serve as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Spring, providing mentorship and coaching. Lucas has extensive experience in outbound sales and CRM systems, having held roles at Agent Launch, where they led partnerships and CRM consolidation efforts. They have also contributed as a CRM & Sales Strategy Specialist at Medical Innovation Xchange and as a Core Mentor at the Accelerator Centre, guiding startups in CRM best practices. Lucas is pursuing an Honors Planning degree at the University of Waterloo.
