Helen Lam

Helen Lam has a diverse work history, starting with their role as an Assistant Project Manager at Plant Construction Company, LP in 2006. Helen then worked as a Research and Development Intern at MSA - The Safety Company in 2011, followed by a role as a Product Manager at Cloth & Dagger in 2012. In 2013, they were self-employed as a Consultant, creating and maintaining static web pages for local San Francisco businesses. In 2014, they became a Product Manager at Westfield Labs, where they owned hardware, software, and content development for interactive touch media experiences in malls. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Teespring, where they were responsible for scope, building, and delivering a new creation tool used by 15k unique daily users. Helen also developed strategies and deployed new digital products lines to expand market opportunity, user base, and generate a new revenue stream. In 2021, they became the Head of Product at Spring.

Helen Lam has a Master's Degree in Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2011. Helen also holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop): Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Beginners, and Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, all obtained in April 2021.
