Nate Schmitt

Nate Schmitt is currently the General Counsel at Spring Labs. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy General Counsel from March 2018 to June 2020. Nate has also been the Founder and General Counsel at Reversion Capital Partners, L.P. from June 2011 to March 2018. From January 2006 to June 2011, they worked as a Partner at Cutler Group, LP. Their first job out of law school was as a Corporate & Securities Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from August 2002 to January 2006.

Nate Schmitt obtained their Doctor of Law degree from Penn State Law and their Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College.

They work with David Kravitz - Senior Director, Research, Shellie Schumaker - Chief Compliance & Data Privacy Officer, and Joel Eckhause - COO. Their manager is John Sun, CEO & Founder.
