An Nguyen

An Nguyen is currently the VP of Decision Science & Strategy at Spring Discovery. Before that, they were the Head of Product at Commercial Bank Innovation for Capital One from January 2016 to December 2018. There, they led a team that created prototypes for data and analytics products for commercial banking. An also has experience as a Founder, Founding & Managing Partner, and Fellow.

An Nguyen's educational career includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medicine from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering, Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

An Nguyen reports to Ben Kamens, Founder & CEO. An Nguyen works with Tim Sullivan - Chief Business Officer, Lauren Nicolaisen - Head, Data Science, and Rachel Jacobson - Lead Scientist.
