Amanda Spring is an accomplished executive search and consulting professional with extensive experience in the fashion, beauty, retail, luxury goods, and technology sectors. As the Owner and Founder of Spring Talent since December 2016, Amanda has led an international team specializing in identifying top talent, including CEO and Creative Director-level candidates. Prior to this role, Amanda founded Talent 05, Ltd., an executive search and consulting firm, and served as Executive Director at Mario Testino +. Additionally, Amanda held the position of Partner/General Manager at Janou Pakter Inc., where the firm catered to prestigious clients such as Chanel, Apple, and Procter & Gamble. Amanda is also a Director on the Board of Directors at BIANCHI&Co. and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison.
