Currently serving as the VP of Information Security at Spring Venture Group, they have a proven track record in developing and leading programs that effectively identify and mitigate risks while aligning security initiatives with business goals. Previously, Gorman held roles at Deloitte, H&R Block, and Hallmark Cards, where they excelled in incident response, vulnerability management, and security controls assessment, significantly enhancing security effectiveness across various organizations. They hold an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University and multiple cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP and CISM.
