Kyle Therman

Kyle Therman is currently the Associate Vice President at Spring11, where they leverage their extensive background in finance and real estate. Kyle graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Finance and later earned a Certificate in Real Estate Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. They began their career as a Franchise Owner at College Pro Painters, managing all aspects of the business, before gaining valuable experience through internships at Situs RERC and Principal Global Investors. Prior to their current role, Kyle served as a Senior Associate in Credit & Asset Management at Trimont.
