Myles McCormick, MSERE, currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at Spring11, LLC since 2024. Prior to this role, Myles held various positions in real estate and finance, including Associate Director of Credit and Asset Management at Trimont Real Estate Advisors from 2021 to 2024, and Senior Asset Manager at PNC in 2021. Myles also worked as a Surveillance Financial Analyst and Transactions Underwriter at KeyBank Real Estate Capital between 2016 and 2017. An experienced leader, Myles managed the Ibex Climbing Gym from 2011 to 2016 and volunteered at World Accord - International Development Agency in 2010. Myles earned a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2021, following a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, and Spanish from Graceland University in 2008.
