Jeff Ward

Jeff Ward is an accomplished professional in the field of mechanical engineering with extensive experience in research and development, business development, and project management. Currently serving as the R&D Director at SpringActive Inc. since January 2010, Jeff focuses on converting research into successful products and holds the role of Principal Investigator on various contracts. Previously, Jeff was the CEO of Kinetic Edge, where efforts centered on developing ergonomic solutions to reduce back injuries in manual material handling. Earlier in Jeff's career, roles included Principal Engineer specializing in wearable robotic systems and Manufacturing Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, where project management aimed at reducing waste and enhancing efficiency. Jeff holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
