Jeb Spencer

Jeb Spencer is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS companies. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at TVC Capital since February 2006, Jeb focuses on identifying high-growth companies with unique products that achieve strong net retention and cost-effective customer acquisition. In addition, Jeb serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Southport Acquisition Corporation, listed on the NYSE (PORT), and has held board positions at multiple companies, including springbig, GrowFlow Corp, SimpleNexus, SmartAction, MediaPlatform, Centage, and Levels Beyond. Jeb's past roles also include a tenure on the board of ReverseVision, which was successfully sold to Constellation Real Estate Group. Jeb holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
