Amanda McDade currently serves as the National Head of Careers & Education at The Springboard Charity & Springboard UK, a role held since September 2000, where strategic development and national delivery of careers and education programs are the focus. Amanda oversees the creation of innovative resources and initiatives aligned with the UK and Ireland curricula. Previously, as the Careers and Education Manager for Scotland, Amanda led national programs such as FutureChef and promoted careers in the Hospitality & Tourism sector through collaboration with schools and industry. Prior experience includes managing a conference center and providing senior executive support in earlier roles. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland.
