Gareth Rees

Gareth Rees is the Deputy General Manager at The Pig in The Cotswolds and has been recognized as an Acorn Award winner in 2024. Currently part of the Master Innholder’s Aspiring Leadership Diploma Cohort 10, Gareth previously graduated with a first-class degree in International Hospitality and Events Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2019, where they also received accolades as Hospitality Student of the Year and School of Management Student of the Year. With a diverse background in hospitality, including roles at establishments such as West Beach Cafe and The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, Gareth has developed strong leadership skills and a commitment to promoting the hospitality industry through initiatives with The Springboard Charity. They are also the founder of Attention Deficit HOSPITALITY Disorder.
