Currently serving as the Careers and Employability Delivery Manager at Springboard, Tom is dedicated to helping young individuals secure employment in the hospitality industry. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Cities, Culture, and Creativity from Liverpool John Moores University, a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Communication Studies from the University of Liverpool, and a National Diploma in Social Sciences from St Helens College.
