Mark joined Springboard in 2022 as Customer Support Manager. Prior to Springboard, Mark has worked in both state government and private sectors in customer and computer infrastructure support. Mark has a BA from Hanover College with focused studies in computer science and mathematics. Mark is excited to help Springboard continue the mission of closing the literacy gap between home and school. In his free time, he enjoys boating, traveling, watching sports, and science fiction. His favorite childhood books are the Hardy Boys series by Franklin W. Dixon.
