Thomas joined Springboard Collaborative from the financial services industry where he accrued 5 years of Audit and Financial Control experience. He additionally knows the concrete challenges of providing educational opportunities within underserved communities having taught Middle School Math for several years in Philadelphia. Thomas holds a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College. His favorite book as a child was Cordurory by Don Freeman.
