Springboard is the first CX agency designed to empower stay-at-home parents, enabling them to raise their families while contributing their expertise to leading brands. We are a curation agency, not just a service provider. We carefully match CPG brands with seasoned CPG and CX experts who have direct experience in the industry. For example, skincare brands are paired with former medical estheticians, ensuring that every customer interaction is guided by authentic, professional knowledge. Our model is a first-of-its-kind hybrid between staffing and a BPO. We offer the flexibility and personalization of staffing with the efficiency and scalability of a BPO, giving brands the best of both worlds. By integrating AI and automation, we enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize customer interactions—ensuring the best CX experience possible. Springboard is reimagining what CX can be—building expert teams, creating meaningful connections, and supporting talented parents who are redefining what it means to work from home.
