Chen-Yen Yang

Chen-Yen (Link) Yang, Ph.D., is a skilled researcher and data scientist with extensive experience in immunology, data analytics, and drug development. Currently serving as a Data Science Fellow at Springboard, Chen-Yen is developing a multi-class classification model for pancreatic cancer. Previously, as a Senior Scientist II at AbbVie, contributions included leveraging data analytics to identify tumor dependency targets and leading teams to enhance ADC development. Chen-Yen’s academic background features a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of California, Davis, where research focused on autoantibodies and therapeutic implications for biliary cirrhosis. Additional experience includes postdoctoral research at UCSF, where novel drug discovery platforms were developed, and graduate research at National Taiwan University. Chen-Yen has also held leadership roles in student organizations and contributed to significant research projects in various academic and governmental settings.
