Darren Thomas is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in technology infrastructure and software development. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Fellow at Springboard since August 2021, Darren has honed analytical skills across various tools including SQL, Advanced MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Python through a rigorous mentor-led program. Previously, at Lighthouse Guild, Darren progressed from Assistant Director to Director of Data Analytics and Applications, overseeing complex projects that supported significant business growth and ensured operational excellence. Earlier roles included Senior Manager of Applications and Project Manager, where Darren successfully managed development projects, created work standards, and led teams to enhance application systems.
