Evan Jones

Evan Jones is currently a Cyber Security Student at Springboard, focusing on mastering skills in systems security, network security, vulnerability, and risk assessments, while successfully installing and configuring various security applications. Prior to this, Evan served as a High School English Teacher at Arundel Senior High School from August 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities included creating a positive learning environment, developing lesson plans for grades 9-12, leading a team of teachers, mentoring students, and managing social media for school clubs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Newspaper Editor and Sports Information Intern at Fairmont State from April 2015 to August 2018, where Evan edited and wrote sports articles, managed a staff of writers, conducted interviews, and supported athletic communications. Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Fairmont State University, completed in 2017.
