Jericka Henry

Jericka Henry is currently serving as an SDR/BDR Fellow at Springboard, where effective engagement strategies and communication are prioritized. Responsibilities include conducting qualification calls, implementing objection handling strategies, and demonstrating proficiency in tech sales practices through the successful completion of over 20 course assessments. Prior experiences include a role as a Sales Development Representative with similar responsibilities and a salesperson position at Marshall Retail Group/InMotion, focused on assisting customers with tech product purchases. Earlier career roles involved providing therapeutic massage services at Dr. Breines Chiropractic office and AIRE Ancient Baths. Jericka holds a certification in Tech Sales from Springboard, a Culinary Essentials certificate from Allies Place, and an Associate's degree in Massage Therapy from The Swedish Institute. Additionally, some college experience was gained in Music Industry and Technology at Mercy University.
