Marcus Bamberger

Marcus Bamberger is an Informatics Specialist at the Washington State Department of Health since October 2020 and also a Data Science Student at Springboard, where extensive hands-on training in Python, SQL, data analysis, data visualization, hypothesis testing, and machine learning has been completed. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry was obtained from Reed College, where a senior thesis involved modeling atmospheric emissions using advanced software and managing extensive datasets. Marcus has previous research experience as a Research Assistant in the Chemistry Department, focusing on the Heck reaction, and has held multiple engineering internships at Voxa Co, where responsibilities ranged from testing electron microscopes to training new hires and managing inventory.
