Mark Swaine currently serves as the Head of Product at Elkstone since 2023. As the Founder of the UX Institute, established in May 2020, Mark focuses on creating tailored self-serve learning for newcomers in UX and offering deep-dive mentoring for experienced specialists. With extensive experience in user experience and product design, Mark has operated a consulting firm, UX Guy, since 2015, providing services for SaaS and app projects. Additionally, Mark mentors students globally in UX and product validation at Springboard and leads the Product & UX course at Talent Garden Innovation School. Previous roles include advising fintech startups at Bank of Ireland and NDRC, directing mobile design at BroadstreetMobile, and serving as Lead UX Consultant at Squire. Mark holds multiple educational credentials, including a Product Management certification from Stanford University and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology.
