Navya C is an experienced professional in employee effectiveness and people operations, currently serving as the Employee Effectiveness Manager at Springboard since September 2019. Prior to this role, Navya worked as an Associate in culture and talent at Sprinklr from January 2017 to March 2019 and as a Senior Associate at Accenture from June 2014 to July 2016. Navya holds a Master of Business Administration in Business/Commerce from Dr. C. V. Raman University, completed in 2017, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management with a focus on analytics at Amity University since February 2021.
