Head Of Career Success at Springboard

Rachel Saccuzzo has extensive experience in career services and program management. Rachel began their career at Sonoma County Family YMCA, where they served as the Swim Lesson Coordinator and later as the Interim Aquatics Director. Rachel then worked at the College of Marin as an EOPS/CARE and CalWORKs Specialist, providing support to students and maintaining office functions. Rachel also worked at Robert Half as a Staffing Manager with OfficeTeam.

Moving forward, Rachel joined Whitetruffle as an Account Manager and Career Development Strategist, matching companies and job seekers and providing career support. Rachel later joined Udacity, where they held various roles, including Program Coordinator/Career Advisor, Operations Lead, Program Manager for Global Mentorship Operations, and Manager of Global Career Services. At Udacity, Rachel managed career services programs, supported global mentor programs, and oversaw day-to-day operations.

Currently, Rachel is employed at Springboard. Rachel started as a Career Services Manager and quickly progressed to Senior Manager, overseeing Data Courses. Rachel later became Senior Manager for the B2B Business, where they built and managed the B2B Career Services team. Rachel's most recent role at Springboard is as the Interim Career Services Lead, responsible for driving engagement improvements and supporting students throughout their job search and career transition journey. Rachel is currently serving as the Head of Career Success at Springboard.

Rachel Saccuzzo holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Women's and Gender Studies from Sonoma State University. Rachel also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History from the same institution. In 2021, Rachel completed the New Manager Boot Camp certification program at UC Berkeley Executive Education.
