Rob Harper

Rob Harper has extensive experience in fraud management and analysis, having worked at Fidelity Investments from February 2004 to February 2023. In roles such as Fraud Manager and Senior Fraud Analyst, Rob developed training materials, conducted fraud investigations, and collaborated with Cyber teams to enhance fraud detection. Earlier positions included Premium Services Representative and Electronic Channel Support Representative, providing client support related to accounts and financial services. Currently pursuing a Cybersecurity Certification at Springboard, Rob also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Operations from the University of North Texas.
