Robert Johnson

Robert Johnson, CUA, serves as Principal UX Designer at the United States Department of Defense, directing the UX design strategy for an essential cloud-based product in the intelligence community. Johnson is also the founder of Kitchen Connect, facilitating connections between food entrepreneurs and kitchen owners. As a UX mentor at Springboard and formerly at Think, Johnson educates students on user-centered design and provides feedback on their projects. Extensive experience includes roles such as Senior User Experience Designer at Rocket Central, UX Architect at State Farm, and UX/UI Designer at The Weather Company. Johnson holds a Master of Science in New Media from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photographic Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology, alongside certifications in usability and user experience design.
