Shraddha Swaroop

Shraddha Swaroop, M.Sc., AEP, is a behavior technician at Behavior Frontiers since May 2025 and the founder, chief innovation officer, and director of user experience at MRM UX Studio since March 2005. Swaroop offers services in UX design, social media coaching, web design, illustration, public speaking, editing, and print design to a diverse clientele, including international organizations and small businesses. As a UX mentor and consultant with Springboard, Swaroop supports students transitioning into UX design careers, facilitating job placements in prominent companies. Additionally, Swaroop serves as an adjunct professor at California State University-Long Beach and has held various research positions, including a research data analyst role at UCSF and an internship at NASA Ames. Swaroop's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Factors from California State University, Long Beach, along with multiple certificates in relevant fields.
