Sithira Selaka

Sithira Selaka is a results-oriented software engineering manager with a proven track record in managing and mentoring diverse teams in software development. They have held leadership roles at companies including Ethlas, :Different, and Data Dive Tools, where they implemented strategies that significantly improved team productivity and operational efficiency. Sithira has also contributed as a visiting lecturer at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and currently serves as a mentor at Springboard, helping students transition into software engineering careers. They achieved a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and are furthering their education with a Master's degree in Electronics and Automation from the University of Moratuwa.
