Sofia Carvalho is a seasoned UX and service design professional serving as the UX & Service Unit Lead at With Company since March 2019 and the founder of the assessment tool :t-rex:. With significant experience as a public speaker and author, Sofia has facilitated workshops and presented talks on responsible design at various local and international events. In addition to being a mentor for the UX Design Career Track at Springboard and a guest lecturer at multiple institutions, Sofia has held roles as a UX designer in various companies, contributing to significant projects for notable clients. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design and is currently enrolled in the Women Leadership Program at Nova School of Business and Economics.
