Tyler Pratt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, design, and mentoring, currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative for Cannondale since April 2025, managing the Ontario and Manitoba territories. As a Co-Founder and Design Lead at Cycle Club App and a Freelance Designer within the Toptal network, Tyler combines entrepreneurial spirit with design expertise. Additionally, Tyler has been a UX/UI Mentor at Springboard, providing guidance to students, and operates Tyler Pratt Design as a Creative Consultant. Previous roles include a Sales Representative at Fretori Inc. overseeing the Ontario territory, Lead UX/UI Designer at adbank.network, and User Experience Designer at IBM Canada, where contributions were made to the Internet of Things Design team. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University, completed in 2014.
