Charles Rios is a seasoned UX Lead with extensive experience in user experience and user interface design across various companies, currently leading UX initiatives at Springbrook Software since March 2022. Prior experience includes leading the UX efforts for PUBLIQ Software at RedSail Technologies, where Rios played a key role in rebuilding legacy CAMA software, and Edmunds GovTech, which involved the complete overhaul of a 30-year-old ERP solution.
