Christopher Gagen

Christopher Gagen has over 17 years of experience in the professional services and analytics industry. Christopher began their career in 2003 as a Retirement Plan Analyst and Benefits Analyst II at Sky Financial Group. In 2008, they joined HCR as Manager, Benefits Finance and Reporting, where they were responsible for developing and implementing complex financial and predictive models for reporting on 45,000 life health & welfare benefit programs. In 2013, they joined IBM Watson Health as a Methodologist, Manager, Analytic Consulting, and Senior Analytic Consultant. In 2019, they joined Springbuk as Sr. Director - Professional Services and Senior Analytics SME.

Christopher Gagen completed their Bachelor of Science in Decision Science, Operations Management from Miami University between 1994 and 1998. Christopher then attended Bowling Green State University for Applied Statistics and Actuary Science between 2001 and 2003. Christopher'seducational background began at Cleveland St. Ignatius from 1990 to 1994.
