Springdale Industries is a permanent capital platform that partners with exceptional operators to build enduring businesses. We combine national-scale resources with local expertise, providing business owners meaningful equity, real decision-making power, and true partnership.

Founded by entrepreneurs Jake Sloane and Frank Zhang, who have been building businesses together since 2016, we know what it takes to create a successful business. And we've spent nearly a decade proving that the best way to grow great companies is to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the people who built them.
