Georgie Drury

Georgie Drury is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Metluma since December 2022, Georgie drives initiatives focused on innovative team-based care for women transitioning into menopause. As Managing Director of Hummingbird Innovations since November 2020, Georgie fosters growth in technology and operations for companies aiming to enhance their performance and culture. Additionally, Georgie founded Springday, a digital health and wellbeing company, leveraging technology to support organizational health globally. Previous roles include Strategy and Change Consultant and Change Manager at Deloitte, and Marketing Manager at Mojarra, among others. Georgie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and a Future Skills course in Healthcare Design from RMIT University.
