Benjamin Duong is currently a Finance Intern at Springer Capital, focusing on real estate investment and advisory since October 2024. Previously, Benjamin held multiple internship roles at Step Up Tutoring, including positions on the Pedagogy Team, Interviewing Team, and Business Operations Team from September 2022 to March 2023. In addition, Benjamin served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UCLA Health, collaborating with Dr. John K from February 2024 to December 2024. Benjamin also takes on a leadership role as Vice President of the UCLA Pickleball Club, managing partnerships with organizations such as Recover 180 and Babolat since January 2024. Benjamin completed a high school diploma at Archbishop Mitty High School from 2019 to 2023 and is currently pursuing a degree at UCLA from 2023 to 2027.
