Shannon Ross has a diverse range of work experience. Shannon is currently the Founder and CEO of Springer, a company they started in 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Highwave from 2016, where they played a key role in sales, marketing, and product development. Shannon also co-designed and developed a double-walled bottle, among other products. In 2020, they had a brief role at SKU, a Consumer Product Goods (CPG) accelerator, before moving on to start their own company. In 2015, Shannon had multiple roles at Willamette University, including being a Human Anatomy Teaching Assistant, Nutrition Coordinator, and Peer Mentor. Shannon also worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Patagonia in 2016 and as a Rural Health Intern at a Rural Health Centre in 2015. Additionally, they served as an Honor Council Student Member at Willamette University from 2014-2015.
Shannon Ross completed their Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Willamette University, graduating cum laude in 2018. In 2016, they attended Charles University as part of their global communications, political science, and history studies. Prior to that, Shannon Ross attended Oak Grove School from 2013 to 2014, where they earned their high school diploma. Shannon also attended Oxnard High School from 2010 to 2013.
