Elyse E. has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Elyse began their career in 2005 as a Fixed Income Prop Trader at Morgan Stanley. In 2009, they moved to DW Partners, LP as a Business Manager & Trader. In 2017, Elyse joined Springfield Capital Management LLC as Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer.

Elyse E. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Marketing from Syracuse University and is a graduate of Horace Greeley High School.
