Heather Noggle

Heather Noggle is the Interim Executive Director at the Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, focusing on realizing the organization's vision through collaboration with various stakeholders. As the Director of Workforce Development, Heather has contributed to building student curricula for a no-cost program catering to diverse skill levels. In addition, Heather owns Codistac, where strategic business advisory services are provided to tech companies. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor for A+ Core 2 at Ozarks Technical Community College, Technology and Operations support at TRABEX, and Engagement Director and Software Developer at Envision. Heather's career began in human resources and programming analysis at St. Louis County Government and the University of Missouri, following a BS in Communications Management from Missouri State University.
