Patrick Garner

Patrick Garner has diverse experience in various roles spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Meter Reader/Collector for Springfield Utility Board since November 2020, Patrick previously worked as a Payroll Specialist at the University of Oregon, managing payroll for over 500 employees. Additional roles include serving as Rec-Tech at the University of Oregon Student Rec Center and as a Hawker for Eugene Emeralds Professional Baseball, where responsibilities included customer service and cash handling. Patrick's military background includes service as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army from January 2010 to November 2013, where leadership responsibilities were undertaken within the 1st platoon. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business and Economics from the University of Oregon and completed transfer studies in Business Administration and Management at Lane Community College. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Tokay High School.
