Derek Steelberg

Derek Steelberg is an independent consultant, advisor, and investor who retired from Accenture after nearly 30 years in various global management and client account leadership roles. As Global Managing Director for both the Oracle practice and the Technology Resources Industry Group at Accenture, Derek drove significant growth strategies and managed large-scale business and technology transformations. With over two decades of international experience in Europe and leadership in diverse sectors, Derek transitioned to the startup space, where they currently serve as a coach, advisor, and investor. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, awarded with distinction from Northwestern University.
