Lydia E. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, education, and youth programming. Currently serving as an Emerging Leader Master’s Student at Wheaton College and in various roles at SpringHill since May 2020, Lydia has excelled as a Recruiting and Programming Specialist, Campus Recruiter, and Retreat Leader. Previous positions include Substitute Teacher at Corydon Elementary and Childcare Worker at Oaks Church, as well as significant leadership roles within Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity, where Lydia held titles such as Chapter President and Accreditation Chair. Lydia's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Leadership with a focus on Outdoor Ministry from Wheaton College and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University, further complemented by minors in Deaf Education and American Sign Language.
